The office was very professional. All the assistants were great. Robert was very sensitive to a very volatile situation, in addition to helping make sure I did what needed to be done. I was very sick at the time and he truly helped me. I would definitely recommend him.

I found Robert to be an excellent lawyer who walked me through my divorce, helped me receive a favorable divorce agreement, and fought for my parental rights. I initially used Robert 4 years ago and again this last year to further increase my time with my son. I have been very pleased with all the results.

Robert was very aggressive in arguing my case in court. With his expert guidance, I was able to obtain the maximum amount of custody and reach a reasonable settlement. I have no reservations in recommending Robert to anyone that needs a divorce attorney.

Hired Attorney

I highly recommend Mr. Burch. He is an excellent lawyer who was smart, aggressive and tenacious in Court and knew the law. Outside of court, he was responsive and always available to me. He was a consummate professional who was dedicated to my interests and obtained great results for myself and my son.

Hired Attorney

Robert Burch is little more than a criminal. After assuring me he would be able to get my lawyer fees paid by my ex (I don't work) he pressured me to not pursue that option once we got to court. He agreed to do this job for the amount of the retainer already paid him. He then arranged for the financial part of the settlement to go into an account in his name. When asked why he assured me that this was "normal" and nothing to worry about. HE never explained that he would keep most of that money.
