Hired Attorney

My experience with Sullivan Law & Associates was, without question, the worst professional experience I could imagine—especially during something as difficult as a divorce. The attorney I worked with acted unethically, grossly overcharged for services, missed deadlines, and delivered work products riddled with egregious errors. Documents repeatedly contained my own name incorrect, my child’s custody details wrong, and what appeared to be sloppy copy-and-paste content from other clients’ pleadings. This firm clearly does not adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct set forth by the State Bar of California. Throughout my case, I experienced a complete lack of care, integrity, and professionalism. I raised concerns multiple times during the process because the same errors and overbilling issues continued to happen. Despite this, nothing meaningfully changed. I had to continually advocate for myself just to be taken seriously and to have invoices reviewed.
