DO NOT HIRE HIM!! John accepted $15,000 from my parents retirement savings happily to represent me promising me the world and did absolutely nothing to help my case. He shows up unprepared in court without copies for the judge, acts disrespectful towards him shrugging when asked why he didn’t sent in advance, says inappropriate comments that are offensive and insulting regarding my case of why it occurred, won’t negotiate on my behalf with charges and tries to convince you that your guilty of things that are not right. He sends in letters that are detrimental to your character to hurt your case further. John tried to sabotage the entire case requesting to end a diversion program due to my father that has mental health issues feeling guilty for harming my case with lies to protect himself. Unprofessional and incompetent behavior to represent a client without their best interests. Please find an attorney that is intelligent and trustworthy to handle your case and make ethical decisions.
