Thanks to his experience in litigating disputes to successful conclusions in complex state and federal civil courts, Greg is a powerful ally to business owners and employers. He has also handled administrative hearings before the Automobile Dealership Department of Motor Vehicle licensing, DMV hearings, California Labor Board hearings, Cal OSHA compliance, California Civil Rights Department (CRD), and Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations. His broad experience works to your benefit.
In the event that your matter must go to trial, Greg has the experience and tenacity to effectively represent you. With his primary focus on civil litigation for corporate business clients, including several successful jury trials, he has represented clients in contract disputes, partnership and corporate dissolutions, fraud, and unfair business competition claims, and has defended employers in sexual harassment and wrongful employment termination cases.
Greg received both his Bachelor of Science degree and Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1992. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993.
Greg resides in Long Beach, California, and enjoys surfing and motorcycling.
