Hired Attorney David Swanson

I cannot give a higher recommendation for Dave Swanson for which I was a defendant. As soon as the incident occurred I immediately consulted with 4 different area defense attorneys that all claimed to be “expert defense attorneys.” The legal process is very complicated but fortunately a friend recommended that I give Dave a call, and to say that I am relieved that I did is an understatement. Dave’s expertise and knowledge of the OC court system can’t be topped.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
