About Chris Guldjian, Esq.

Chris Guldjian is a founding partner of Guldjian | Fasel Accident Attorneys (now Chris and Frank Accident Attorneys) and a tenacious trial advocate for people injured by the negligence or intentional misconduct of others. After clerking at the Los Angeles Superior Court in Long Beach and the Huntington Beach City Attorney’s office, he sharpened his courtroom skills working for major private firms and celebrated plaintiff lawyers. Chris has secured numerous favorable verdicts and multimillion-dollar settlements—and was featured on the front page of the Orange County Register for suing a mental health facility after his client was raped by another patient. He earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from California State University, Long Beach, and a J.D. from Whittier Law School, where he graduated at the top of his class and won a pretrial litigation award. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
