Angeline Kwik is a personal injury, employment law, and workers’ compensation attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys and one of California’s most recognized advocates for workers and injured individuals – selected as a Super Lawyer every year from 2019 through 2026 and a Rising Star from 2009 through 2017. She is admitted to practice in California.
Her record includes a seven-figure jury verdict in a disability discrimination case under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and a Trial Award of Permanent Total Disability before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Angeline earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman Law School and her undergraduate degree from La Sierra University. Over 20 years, she has represented consumers and workers exclusively, handling all stages from pre-litigation through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. She is a member of CAOC, CAALA, CELA, and CAAA, serves as a Guest Lecturer at UCI Law School, leads and trains with the CELA Trial College, and volunteers as a Supervising Attorney with Legal Aid at Work.
At Sweet James Accident Attorneys, Angeline’s focus – always on the side of the individual, never the institution – reflects a 20-year commitment to putting people first.
