Hired Attorney

We had a dispute about water damage to a building in which the city blamed the state, the state blamed the city. Tom negotiated reasonable solutions and sorted through the difficulties in a highly professional and low-key manner. Excellent resolution for a problem that could have escalated into a huge, expensive mess. We are highly pleased with his keen intelligence and astute understanding of people and their problems--as well as his depth of knowledge of the law.
