Mr. Graham is a shareholder and practices in our litigation department. His practice primarily involves the areas of workers’ compensation, OSHA, and safety-related civil litigation. He also counsels clients in other matters relating to employment and administrative law.

He graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Santa Cruz, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Mr. Graham is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington, and he is an active participant in both states’ Self-Insurers Associations. For the Oregon Self-Insurers Association, he is a Board member and chair of the OSHA/Loss Control Subcommittee
