Robert E. Calesaric has more than 30 years of trial experience and has handled over 100 jury trials. His legal career includes six years as a criminal prosecutor in Licking County. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Trial Lawyers and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Calesaric represents clients in matters involving DUI defense and criminal defense. He is among the few attorneys in Ohio certified by the manufacturer to operate the BAC Datamaster breath test. Additionally, he holds certification in the administration of roadside Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and has successfully completed the ARIDE (Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement) class. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
