Tim is a nice and earnest man who seemed busy and therefore sometimes what I would consider slow at accomplishing what I needed. Probate of my husband's will and allowing me to proceed as executor took forever (6 months) and, of course, there's no way for me to know who was slowing up the process: Tim or the court system. However, he seems to know his stuff, both for bankruptcy and probate. I would recommend him.
She never listen listened to or accepted facts, like emails, video's, audio's, text or direct testimony. She has NO business representing anyone for anything. She never considered a little girls needs, she only represented the mother. She even said it was far better for the daughter to be watched everyday by a 20+ multiple conviction criminal who was a thief, drug dealer & crimes against moral turpitude. Look it up, it is usually a crime against a minor involving sexual content than the grandma.
