Lee helps individuals, businesses, and non-profits solve problems through practical and creative legal counsel. He practices in the areas of Estate Planning; Probate and Trust Administration; Real Estate; and Tax-Exempt Organizations, including Private Foundations and Public Charities. He also provides corporate counsel to financial institutions and advises businesses in all stages of formation and development.
Lee earned his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Miami University. While in law school, he served as a managing editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and represented the law school as a member of the National moot court team. Additionally, his student Note on federal sentencing law was published in the Ohio State Law Journal. Prior to law school, Lee taught history and coached baseball at Granville High School. He is originally from Urbana, Ohio.
He lives in Granville and enjoys spending time with his wife, Sally, and their three children.
