co-Defendant, the driver
owner of a boat sales company, for catastrophic injuries sustained during a boating accident in Ship's Channel, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Discovery revealed that Plaintiff
co-Defendant had switched the type of propellers on the vessel from four blade, to five blade propellers, an hour before the accident. Summary judgment was granted due to the absence of supporting expert testimony,
lack of foreseeability in connection with the manufacturing, design,
warning defect claims.
Summary Judgment in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County on behalf of a Property Management Company, in a personal injury matter arising from an alleged slip
fall on ice
snow. Teagan successfully argued that the claims against the Property Management Company should be dismissed because the discovery revealed that the client was not responsible for the property,
had no actual or constructiver notice of the alleged condition.Therefore, the client neither owed, nor breached any duty to the Plaintiff.
Obtained dismissal of Plaintiffs' Complaint on behalf of a community association in a property damage action venued in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Special Civil Part. The lawsuit arose out of a claim for mold
water damage allegedly arising from a shared condensate line in a multi-unit condominium building. Teagan successfully argued that the Complaint should be dismissed, as Plaintiffs had filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
