I saw their ad on TV. I slip and fall on black ice in new york followed by my Spine surgery. They called with excitement to take my case. They claim that they are efficient and experienced. I signed the contract but they started the case without collecting all the information from me. And after close to 3 months they called and said sorry not to go further because of lack of some information.
