Franz Cobos is the owner and managing partner of the Cobos Law Firm in New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004 and has dedicated his practice to representing clients in the core areas of Family Law, Immigration Law, and Business Law.

With over two decades of experience, Mr. Cobos has practiced in both New York and New Jersey. He is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Essex County, and the League of United Latin American Citizens.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
