The law firm of Rahaim & Saints was founded in 1993 by Delaware natives Drew Rahaim and Sheldon Saints, attorneys with over 20 years of experience each with the negotiation and litigation of serious legal matters at all levels of the state and federal courts. Drew Rahaim is a skilled trial lawyer and negotiator who has practiced in criminal defense since 1980. He represents clients in all misdemeanor and criminal charges, including DUI, drug crimes, assault and battery, domestic violence, property crimes, white collar crimes, juvenile offenses and traffic violations. On behalf of clients, he also handles record expungements, appeals, probation violation hearings and administrative driver's license hearings.
