We specialize in Personal Injury.

The "Letsbelegal" law practice was started because we believed we had special experience to bring to personal injury cases related to financial protection. We have extra years of experience fighting financial abuse from debt collection and credit reporting abuses that also come into play when someone is seriously injured and cannot work. Few Delaware resources existed to help consumers fight against illegal pressure and harassment from creditors and debt collectors. Through defending these cases, we often saw abusive collection practices occurring with personal injury clients as well (in addition to the insurance hassles/fights that have to be overcome in many personal injury cases). We have this extra experience to add.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
