Vano Haroutunian is the Managing Partner of Ballon Stoll P.C., bringing extensive experience in immigration, commercial, corporate, tax, family law, and litigation. His diverse legal background allows him to provide strategic counsel to a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, particularly in the fashion industry. Before joining Ballon Stoll, Mr. Haroutunian was part of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Tax and Legal Services Department, where he handled federal, state, and international tax matters for Fortune 500 clients. His prior experience also includes appellate litigation at Stern, Greenberg & Kilcullen and securities law enforcement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in New York.

Fluent in five languages, Mr. Haroutunian is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the United States Supreme Court and the Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, and Ninth Circuits. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness.
