Hired Attorney Crystal Villasenor

Judge Villasenor is enforcing referee defaults without the consent of the parties and without ever ordering the hearing that would test jurisdiction. That is not neutrality — it is abdication of judicial duty. Under New York law, a referee cannot decide dispositive issues without the consent of the parties (see CPLR § 4317). Any “default” entered by a referee without consent is a nullity. The judge’s role is to review, not rubber‑stamp. By enforcing those defaults as Exhibit A – Blank fraudulent affidavit of service (no proof, no jurisdiction). • Exhibit B – Ryan’s post‑hoc fraudulent SMS “service” filing, falsely claiming Schieninger is judge (record corruption). • Exhibit C – Unverified, unsworn petition with false claims, not notarized or affirmed (no valid pleading). These are distinct but connected defects: • Blank affidavit = jurisdiction never attached. • Ryan’s fraud = corruption of the record after the fact. • Unverified petition = no lawful case to adjudicate.
