I am writing this to provide a candid account of my experience with Morrison & Wagner, specifically regarding the handling of my mother’s legal matter by Attorney Stewart and the Office Manager, Cosita. Our experience was defined by a profound lack of professional decorum and what I perceive as a negligent approach to case management. Throughout the process, the office demonstrated an arrogant and dismissive demeanor that felt entirely at odds with the gravity of the legal issues at hand. We were met with ill tempered communication and a pervasive lack of empathy, which made an already stressful situation significantly more difficult. A legal representative’s primary obligation is to provide diligent and respectful counsel. In our case, the execution was careless, and the interpersonal conduct was unacceptable. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this firm to those seeking thorough or respectful legal advocacy.
Worst experience I had they took 3000 for hidden fees they didn’t tell me about. They wasn’t telling me anything about my case. Total scam Do not go to them at all they will keep giving you a run around and take sketchy cases and falsify information to win.
