Ruofei is a seasoned attorney who focuses on commercial litigation. Ruofei works on diverse portfolios with domestic and foreign clientele involving business torts, trade disputes, credit risk, trade credit insurance coverage, and multi-million dollar commercial obligations. Ruofei is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which allows her to offer a distinct set of skills in the representation of Chinese-speaking clients doing business in the US, as well as US-based companies expanding into the China market.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Ruofei also represents clients in a broad range of employment-related matters, including litigation involving discrimination, employment contract disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. She advises clients on the implementation of compliant employment policies and preventative practices. She regularly drafts employment handbooks, offer letters, termination and severance agreements.
