About Robert Marc Wallack

Robert Wallack, touted as a “litigation powerhouse” and designated a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers Magazine, is the founder and principal of the firm. Robert has been making headlines since beginning his career as a prosecutor in the Sex Crimes and Domestic Violence units of the Manhattan D.A.’s Office where he headed the prosecution of many high-profile cases. Since then, he’s focused his practice on celebrity and high net worth divorce and family law matters and has handled cases involving some of the biggest names in television, film, fashion, sports, music and business.

He appears frequently as a legal analyst and commentator on NBC’s ‘Today’ show and ABC’s ‘The View.’

He is also a contributor to the The Huffington Post and has been the legal consultant to ‘General Hospital’ on ABC Television since 2004. In addition, Robert is an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall Law School where he teaches a course entitled ‘Advocacy and Persuasion’ as well as a faculty member of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program at Cardozo School of Law.

Robert is admitted to practice in New York, and has also litigated cases in Florida and Connecticut.
