Hired Attorney Mona R. Millstein

Mona Millstein is a superior attorney. She is compassionate, trustworthy, respectful, thoughtful, honest and always responsive. I have found that her integrity and kindness is rare. I have referred Mona to a number of people who were going through a divorce. Each and person was extremely happy with Mona's abilities as a person and as a lawyer.

Hired Attorney Mona R. Millstein

I highly recommend Mona R. Millstein. She is a highly effective matrimonial lawyer who recognizes the value of settling a case to avoid acrimonious and expensive litigation but is also tough enough to fight and win in court if the case cannot settle. She is knowledgeable, responsive and professional while also being senstivie and supportive.

I give Mona R. Millstein my highest recommendation. She knows how to cut through the bs and stop waisting time with ridiculous name-calling and bickering. Ms. Millstein argued for me calmly and intelligently. All emotional and financial issues were resolved amicably. I am grateful for all the hard work she did on my behalf. Hired Attorney Mona R. Millstein

My Settlement agreement offered no downside support and while the court upheld "unforeseen circumstances" a second court honored the original settlement as agreed and the judge stated the the "contractual choices may appear unwise and improvident".{para}!3 years later I'm still paying for these mistakes.
