Max Pierre Dubuche is an associate at Outerbridge Law P.C. and his practice focuses, among other things, on removal defense, family-based petions, family court proceedings Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas (SIJS) and business immigration.
Max obtained his JD degree at the Universidad de las Americas in Mexico City. He is licensed to practice law in Mexico. Shortly after obtaining his law license in Mexico, he attended the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) to pursue a Master Degree in Finance.
In 2015, Max moved to the United States, where he pursued his studies in American Legal Systems and obtained a Master Degree in American Law (LLM) at Syracuse University College of Law in New York. Max is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
Max has been practicing law for more than 19 years. He worked at Buenfil & Hoffman, a boutique law firm in Mexico, where he gained extensive experience in litigation and commercial transactions and he gained managerial experience at AXA, a multinational insurance firm that engages in global insurance, investment management and other financial services. At AXA, Max was the Manager of the Customer Service Unit.
Prior to joining Outerbridge Law P.C., Max worked served as a paralegal and then Senior Immigration Attorney for a well-known law firm in New York where he gained extensive experience in representing clients in immigration proceedings, in matters before the USCIS, in Family and Criminal Courts.
Having lived in Mexico for more nearly two decades, Max is fluent in Spanish.
