FRAUD ALERT. If you have questions about Marshall Bellovin, contact me on (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ruthyakubu/). I lost my job 1 year ago at MICROSOFT.  On April 15, 2025, I paid attorney Marshall B. Bellovin, at Ballon Stoll, P.C $7,500 to take my case against Microsoft.  I expressed to Marshall that I did not have any money.  He told me not to worry, that charges are really take into effort during the discovery and trial phase. He lied to me that it only cost ~200 to file the lawsuit. After I paid for a retainer, he started lying to me about the case. For transparency and traceability, I decided to correspond with him via email. That's when he decide to start DODGING ME and IGNORING MY EMAILS FOR SEVERAL WEEKS (sometimes a month).  For the past couple of months, I keep asking him what my balance is and he kept deferring to tell me to a later date.  On October 15, 2025, he told me to pay him an additional $4,902. Court sent case to mediation, and it has NOT OCCURRED YET!
