Mr. Baechi is an associate at Filippatos PLLC, bringing experience and passion to his clients’ cases. He has worked with various firms focused on entertainment, employment, and labor law. He has also worked in the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
Mr. Baechi has experience working in the field of entertainment law. He has also worked in other areas of employment and labor law. During his time at college, he held many offices with various student groups, including serving as the Vice President of International Law Students Organization.
Prior Experience
Mr. Baechi served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Andrea Masley at the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division, where he assisted in the research and drafting of opinions.
Mr. Baechi also served as a legal intern at David M. Ehrlich & Associates, P.C., and Janine Small, PLLC, two entertainment law firms. He helped draft entertainment-related contracts.
Additionally, Mr. Baechi was a legal intern for New York’s Med-NJ program, where he assisted with mediations in various subject matters, including employment and labor law.
While at Fordham Law School, he was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. He served as a legal intern at an independent record label.
Prior to Law School, Mr. Baechi graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Economics, Business and Finance. As an undergraduate, he served as the Membership Chair and Treasure of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, as UCF Global Student Ambassador for Global UCF, and as Pantry Volunteer for Knights Helping Knights Pantry.

In his spare time, Loris enjoys watching movies and tv shows, listening to music, spending time with his friends and family, sightseeing, traveling, and skiing.
