Laura A. Raheb joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2021 and is Counsel with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Laura is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract, transactional disputes, real estate partnership disputes, brokerage commission actions, holdover proceedings, ejectment proceedings, co-op/condo disputes, foreclosures, construction litigation, and appeals. Additionally, she has experience in regulatory and administrative law matters before the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, such as the Environmental Control Board, Department of Consumer Affairs and Department of Buildings as well as the New York City Criminal Court.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Laura was an Associate with Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP where she practiced complex commercial litigation and real estate.
Notable Work
Assisted in the drafting of the Commercial Division Advisory Council’s proposal to amend Commercial Division Rule 11-g (FRE 502 analog); subsequently amended Rule 11-g and added Appendix E, by Administrative Judge’s Order, signed March 19, 2018 and effective July 1, 2018
