He was proactive, relentless, and an exceptional communicator. He took the time—often outside normal business hours—to respond immediately, ensuring I felt confident and informed at every step of the process. During an initial consultation, it can be difficult to decipher the truly exceptional attorneys from the rest, as many attorneys have good soft skills and can provide a convincing pitch during consultation. After speaking with four other attorneys, it became clear Jeff was different. He didn’t try to sell me on his expertise, but rather quickly alluded to his background which speaks for itself, and then immediately started strategizing and making phone calls before I even retained him.
