Herman Max Leibowitz is a New York City attorney with more than 35 years of experience in the fields of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Probate and Administration, as well as Estate Litigation. His areas of expertise include the drafting of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, and health care proxies. In June 2009, Mr. Leibowitz was the sole speaker in a national teleconference on the subject of "Maintaining an Ethical Balance in Probate Practice". In September 2010, Mr. Leibowitz was the sole speaker in a national teleconference on the subject of "Educating and Working with Personal Representatives in Estate Administration".
