DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM The attorneys do not respond to telephone calls even if you leave them voice messages, emails, neglect to review documents to sent to them and do not provide correct invoices. The NY Bar Association should investigate this law firm.

Hired Attorney Jaye Ballard

Terrible lawyer and terrible person. Dealing with Jaye Ballard was a complete waste of time. He is the worst lawyer I have ever encountered literally. He literally does nothing, then yells at the client when he shows up to court unprepapared. He gaslights clients trying to make them think it is there fault he does not do his job, he takes no accountability. He had my case for six months, and he never filed one motion, the only motion he filed was to be relieved on the case. The entire family court is fraudulent, and Jaye Ballard is a part of it. There needs to be a federal investigation into the NYC Family Courts. They are ruining lives of children, and lawyers like this guy Jay, make it worse. Don't use this guy and if he gets appointed to you, demand someone else, because he is totally useless.

Hired Attorney Jaye Ballard

Terrible lawyer, don't waste your time. He does not follow through on paperwork, he shows up to court late. He is a complete fraud, a charlatan, the worst of the worst. You have been warned. He yells at clients when he does not do his job, and he asks clients to do work like filing motions that is his job, and he shows up to court proposing things without first discussing it with the client.

Hired Attorney Tara Diamond Esq.

Terrible experience with this divorce lawyer. She was unresponsive, dishonest, and consistently missed deadlines. What should have been a simple divorce dragged on for years due to her negligence. She even missed court dates, causing unnecessary delays and stress. Ultimately, I had to fire her to move forward. I do not recommend her services to anyone.
