After literally 5 years of working on my case, I was put on the list for attorneys seeking clients, and Mr. Ratner consulted me, and we came to an agreement on what our goal would be in terms of monetary compensation. He then refused to talk to me for 1 month. He then asked me to send him all my files, then falsely accused me of not sending him anything and threatened to ask to withdraw, then forwarded me an email from Opposing Counsel making false accusations and threatened to withdraw. Then forwarded me an offer for literally 0.02% of what we had agreed to aim for, and then filed a motion to withdraw and abandoned me 3 months before my trial, after 5 years of work on my part. He said in his motion that it would not cause a delay. He is a Trojan Horse. And I have not yet filed a complaint about him with the Bar.
