About Darron E. Berquist

Darron E. Berquist joined The Lanier Law Firm as an associate in 2012 and practices in the areas of asbestos litigation, toxic torts, mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation and product liability. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Berquist is a 2007 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the Business Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and represented low-income and disabled individuals through the law school’s Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic. While in law school, Mr. Berquist also worked for the Litigation Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General. He received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2004.

Mr. Berquist is licensed to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Trial Lawyers Association.
