Daniel L. Friedman is a real estate attorney, whose practice focuses on representing real estate investors, including sponsors and holders of unsold shares, in the sale of their cooperative and condominium units throughout the New York metropolitan area. Daniel also prepares and negotiates amendments to cooperative and condominium offering plans to be filed with the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s Office.
During law school, Daniel litigated housing and employment disputes for the Duke Law Civil Justice Clinic, was the Content Editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review and a member of the Mock Trial Board.
Upon graduating law school, Daniel clerked for the Honorable David J. Weaver in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
