Hired Attorney Dan Rice

Staggeringly unqualified or willfully biased. Either way, dangerous. I would strongly caution anyone against using this man with any case where fairness, legal accuracy, or subject-matter understanding is expected. Throughout he repeatedly misapplied the law, misunderstood core legal principles, and demonstrated no grasp of the issues involved. At times, his decisions made so little sense that I genuinely wondered whether he was simply unqualified or if he was deliberately ignoring the facts to reach a predetermined outcome. Either explanation is deeply troubling. If it was incompetence, it raises serious questions about the American Arbitration Association’s vetting process. If it was intentional bias, it points to something even worse: a system where he knows exactly which side is likely to bring repeat business and acts accordingly. That’s not neutrality that’s self-preservation disguised as justice.

Hired Attorney Dan Rice

I would not recommend this attorney. He is biased and seems to favor companies, disregarding evidence, the law and legal principles. Additionally, his lack of construction knowledge and ability to read contracts correctly is concerning for someone claiming to specialize in construction law.
