Brian Perskin helped me with my 2 divorces and I am so thankful for this choice! Brian Perskin is a very honest person and gave me very important suggestions which saved me money and made my 1st divorce very smooth. Usually, lawyers want to get as much money from you as possible but not Brian Perskin! This man really helped me out when I needed it most with the 2nd divorce recently. I tried to navigate the whole divorce process on my own and it was a complete nightmare. I got 3 rejections and finally, I gave up. I contacted Brian Perskin and explained my situation and Brian Perskin immediately told me that I should not worry and he will make all the corrections and will deal with the court himself and his associates. They both were knowledgeable, organized and very kind to me. One month later my divorce has been finalized with the court. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Basically, you do what they say, when they say to do it and everything will proceed like clockwork. When you have queries they are warm and friendly. So there is not much more one could ask for, when going through what would be for some a most challenging time.

My child custody case couldn't have gone better from my point of view. It was fast and easy and I got the results I wanted. The staff here made me feel comfortable at every visit.

My ex-husband has custody of our kids, but I got help from Brian when he was not listening to the visitation rules. I don't know how, but Brian fixed the issue apparently since my ex-husband has begun cooperating with our visitation agreement, meaning I get to see my kids now. So I'm satisfied with the help I got!

When my ex was going to take our daughter out of state, I needed answers about whether she could do this. Brian Perskin gave me some peace of mind and helped me stop her. I'm grateful for this help.

Unfortunately, not an aggressive attorney or someone who was interested in resolving my complex case. More so, failed to identify and neglected to properly bring forward a huge financial issue which ended up costing me thousands of dollars and years in litigation, all of which could have been solved. Pressured me into entering an agreement that would not benefit me or my kids. He was intimidated by his opponent and believed into non-sense presented by the other party. Simply Careless!

Brian failed on may occasions to communicate details of my case, leading to loss after loss. He simply didn’t have the attention to detail, care or concern about my case, and lacked any legal strategy. Perhaps he knew what he was doing however, he was unable to convince me, the judge, or opposing counsel if he did. I have an active case with the NY bar and preparing for a law suit against him now. Sad that it came to this but he’s really that terrible at what he does. Buyer beware.
