Hired Attorney Andrew Bluestone

Mr. Bluestone assisted me with a complex dispute in which both parties were prepared to litigate. He was credible in representing my positions to the other party and responsive to my requests. He settled the matter efficiently on favorable terms.

Within two weeks after I retained him he advised me not to include a transcript as part of the record. This information, my only testimony with this judge and was critical to my case of malpractice against a trial attorney who had lost Injunction at trial. I had obtained a 4th Department decision earlier. Mr. Bluestone’s Oral argument was not persuasive on this specific issue. The Justices realized he was acting in a non supportive manner to the evidence I had preto back up my claim in two responding affidavits with multiple exhibits. Why would an attorney act in a negative way against his client’s interests? He was jocular afterwards saying, “ They didn’t like it”. After this conduct my right to secure damages in a tort action with personal injury was lost on a Motion for Summary Judgement. I had been in the courts since 2004. I have no idea why he pursued a demeanor that was the opposite of why he was hired.

Hired Attorney Andrew Bluestone

Attorney Andrew Bluestone induced our trust in consultation and by the certifications he boasts and representations he makes through his website. Having been lured by these factors, we found attny. Bluestone to be anything but competent or trustworthy. Once he received our retainer check, he intentionally withheld work on our case, disregarded our communications and left our case to stagnate through deadline. As bad, he falsely billed us and became abusively defiant when asked for an accounting.
