Amy did a great job drafting my irrevocable trust. When I tried to move a business interest into the trust there was a considerable amount of legal work that was done and all was set until a year later when I took a look and the noticed that the conveyance of the business interest was not allowed by the operating agreement. The transfer was invalid due to an oversight by her team. I was implicated by her as the cause of the mishap for failing to tell her about an operating agreement. That I believe is part of due dilegence that an attorney would discover. She then advised that I should not transfer the business intrest into the trust. I consulted with an experienced estate attorney and was able to accomplish the conveyance. The worst part is, I was charged for all of the emails and calls that involved finding her mistake. If you have simple estate planning needs, Amy is fine. If you your estate is more complex, go to an attorney with more experience in the needed areas.
