Kathleen Bloom is an exceptional attorney. Not only did she provide the legal counsel I desperately needed during a horribly stressful time in my life, but her approach is compassionate and kind. I had a very tough and demanding case and the brothers bloom made short work of the other's side defense. Peter B. after consulting with D. Bloom said I could make a motion for summary judgment in lieu of a a complaint and it worked!! Ingenious these brothers Bloom. Lack of attention to detail and horrible legal advice in a house closing had enormous repercussions for my husband and me. We were constantly pushed off to a paralegal, who tried to provide advice outside the scope of her knowledge and expertise. We are pursing a malpractice claim due to this negligence.
I am attorney in a different field, and this man is the most unprofessional, misogynist scumbag I've ever met. He doesn't allow you to speak, gets nasty and says "I'M speaking, answer MY questions" when you are literally in the middle of doing just that, and doesn't answer any questions YOU have. Based on his assessment of my case (that I don't have one, despite clear wrongdoing and evidence), he is also lazy and incompetent. Avoid this horrible man.
Not a very good lawyer. Did not follow up on obtaining documents. Lost buyers due to his incompetence.
