I never thought I’d need a litigator, but when I have had disputes with other brokers over my intellectual property; Brooks Casey of Wright & Casey, P.A. has been able to help me resolve the matters satisfactorily. Also, when a seller thought they’d forgo paying a Brokerage Fee; he quickly handled the matter. Mr. Wright is an icon in New Smyrna Beach representing clients for decades. FIVE STARS

Hired Attorney Ms. Erin E. Wollett

Erin Wollett handled a settlement agreement and real estate closing while I lived in North Carolina and the property was in Florida. She went above and beyond to represent my interest with a good outcome. Her review of my settlement agreement and an addendum was more thorough and complete than my previous retired lawyer. Her intelligence and communication skills are superb, only adding to her very personable demeanor.

Hired Law Firm

Due to eccentricities of parents, my sister and I had difficulty finding the deeds to piece of my property that was for the rental house. Mr Wright took this as an interest being a history buff and somewhat of a detective and dug through about forty-one (41) quit claim deeds and house sales. He was very patient and thorough and worked extensively with Mr Corey with regard to original survey. It was a pleasant experience ans am getting ready to use his services again. Highly recommended.
