About Richard C. Williams, Jr., P.A.

Serving Pasco & Hernan Counties for over 25 years.

Estate planning can be one of the most difficult things you do in your life. But it's also one of the most important steps to insuring that your family is taken care of and understands how your estate is to be handled after your death. Our attorneys will assist you in establishing a plan which will meet the individual needs of you and your family.

As medical advances permit people to live longer, individuals need to consider not only their estate planning, but also disability and incapacity planning, asset protection planning, and planning for retirement distributions, income and estate taxes. We strive to provide our clients with high quality professional representation in all of these areas, delivered in a confidential and caring environment.

We had to fire Mr. Williams as he did not keep his commitments that resulted in rush last minute court actions. We were then charged $1,500, for "extra ordinary costs" which he said were refundable, if unused. Mr. Williams then refused to pay back as promised our $1,500 extra charges, saying he spent it. I would not recommend Mr. Williams to anyone. We found him to be more interested in squeezing every penny he could get from us. Read less
