I was refered to him through an employer legal plan. When I called to make an appointment, I was told he was unwilling to accept my case. Then several days later (after I had retained other councel) he left a rambling message on my voicemail in which he presumed to schedule an appointment with me.

This is the worst office you could possibly use for real estate needs. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Diane doesn't know what she is doing and they don't get back to you.
