He was very honest and up front with us. He did file paperwork that stopped the foreclosure process, but we had to do all the work and correspondence with the mortgage company to finally get a loan modification. He did buy us the time we needed. Next time I would look for someone closer to home but he was recommended by a n attorney here that did not do foreclosure. i did feel that his fee was pretty fair.

I had hired Mr Rock to represent me in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I paid him in full a head of time and he did not represent me. Back in 2021 I was diagnosed with heart failure and placed on the heart transplant list. At this time I gave my step son all the rights to the rifles that we had had bc the chances of receiving a heart were poor. I came down as a last ditch chance for a 3 opinion in 2024 and had my surgery here in Florida. At that time, I had lost everything including my truck, my home and my relationship of almost 12 years. I met with Mr Rock and right off the bat I was referred to as a "non-Christian", even though this man didn't know me from Adam. The fun didn't stop there, I was referred to as "boy" and many other slangs being almost 52. On several occasions I had to go back into his office because Mr Rock and his front desk help were unable to communicate between the wall barrier! Let's just say 7 times! 7 times things had to be fixed!
