Mr. Makris has helped us with a non-paying tenant eviction case right around Christmas time and was very prompt to obtain Judge’s approval with his swiftness and we were able to start the eviction in 2 weeks with the sherrif’s office. Thank you and will do business with this gentleman again

Attorney Makris was very helpful with the removal of hostile tenants, people who declared the property was theirs. We held the property at a distance. Mr. Makris attended to the proper Pasco County steps necessary, showing the squatters the eviction was pending. He made certain the eviction notices were posted at the address. When the day of the removal came the occupiers were gone; it was the ideal outcome. Bill was communicative throughout. His background of property management was also an additional value to this project.
