Kathleen D. Lambert, a native of south Louisiana and a 1989 graduate of the LSU-Hebert Law Center, has a broad legal background with nearly 30 years experience in litigation and general practice. Her diverse areas of practice have included Insurance Defense, Products Liability Defense, Toxic Tort/Environmental Defense, Transportation Law, Admiralty/Maritime, Contracts, Construction Law, Collections, General Business/Corporate, Immigration (Business, Family, Asylum and Removal/Deportation), Successions and Estates, Medical Malpractice (Plaintiff and Defense) Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and General Litigation.
Ms. Lambert’s current practice focuses on defense of construction defect matters and personal injury matters.
