Hired Attorney David A. Marcello

David Marcello came to my location; reviewed prior leases, reviewed leased area, reviewed the real estate appraisal, and negotiated better services from the owner, negotiated a lower price per square foot and double the term of years. He did this on my time schedule, within a short time frame and with constant feedback and progress reports. David Marcello is an accomplished attorney and a fine gentleman.
