Charles was invaluable in assisting us to obtain a satisfactory lease agreement. Additionally, he assisted us with dispute resolution involving a third party who was difficult, to say the least. His attentiveness and "desk-side manner" were exceptional, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Charles did an excellent job in helping us with problems that arose with our previous landlord from whom we were sub-leasing, and in negotiating our own new lease directly with the building owner. Our sublease was causing quite a bit of legal hassles and he steered us though them competently and (when necessary) aggressively to achieve the best possible outcome for our business.
