Hired Attorney

As an attorney Mr. Brandon Anthony Briscoe was terribly unprofessional. He didn't show up for court dates, appointments, nonresponsive to court orders, phone calls and when he was fired he refused to give me access to my file. After obtaining another attorney for my property settlement, after a poorly represented divorce by Briscoe, I was informed that Brandon A. Briscoe had cost me thousands of dollars for his non performance during my divorce proceedings. He lacks knowledge, a sense of responsibility, and compassion.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
