Hired Attorney Bernard John Bagert, Jr.

making my last will and testament presented complexities that I thought no one could solve until I sought Mr. Bagert. He was patient, most attentive, extremely courteous and above all experienced and knowledgable. My situation was quite unusual but through a combination of trusts and testamentary gifts I have the peace of mind that after I pass on my property will be used for the benefit of the people I care about and my heirs will be protected from those that might take advantage of them

Hired Attorney Bernard John Bagert, Jr.

In all dealings with Mr Bagert, I have always found himm to be respectful as well as focused and attentive to my concerns but heaven help the company that tries to abuse my rights when I have Mr Bagert advocating for me. His unusual intelligence is moderated by a down to earth demeanor that enables him to explain complex matters in every day words. I have found that judges and lawyers hold him in very high esteem
when we were in cout.
