He put his own personal interest ahead of the interest of his client. He was not truthful about a situation and outright lied about witnesses and competency of an individual signing a critical document.
He was the executor of my father's will and tried to cheat the love of my father's life out of the money he left her. The very first thing Charlie did when he sat me and my brothers down after my father died was suggest we only give her half what my father had left her. He also caused fights among my brothers and I. It got to the point where my younger brother, who was not talking to me at the time, had to ask Mr. Anderson to stop smack talking me because it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Unethical and incompetent.
