ben massed up my life. thanks to him I paid alimony to my ex wife for 9.5 years and I cannot get out of this because that is how he prepared the agreement. I spoke with him 2 years ago and I mailed him all the copies of the agreement certified mail.He did not have enough decency to respond. ben thank you for massing up my life
I got an additional (2nd) bill for service which were not correct and not agreed to. Hyink advertised that the first consult was free (this charge came in the 2nd bill). The office would call me back to obtain information I had already sent and then charged me for the time. I was charged approx $1200 extra mainly for incompetency and false charges.
Was scared of opposing lawyer so did nothing to help. Just kept charging for very little or bad quality work kept things in court so he could keep charging. Was very unprofessional.
Benjamin P. Hyink, Attorney the worse Attorney we ever hired for Probate Estate. He charges a high amount and does very little work for us, little result with our case, so we had to have him quit as a Probate Estate attorney, and we had to hire another attorney. Buyer beware with this Attorney.
